You record purchasing, cost price and margin per vehicle, so you always know what a vehicle earns you. Category-specific fields ensure a tractor unit shows different data than a trailer or an excavator, you only see what is relevant.

Because the vehicle is entered once, it's immediately ready for everything that follows: publishing to the portals, a quote or invoice, a worksheet in the workshop and your financial reports.

Working at scale

Bulk actions let you edit dozens of vehicles at once, and with large batches the import option lets you load a whole batch into the system in one go instead of one by one. With inventory taking and a registration certificate overview you stay in control, whether you have fifty or fifteen hundred vehicles in stock, on one site or across multiple locations.

Window stickers, key management and status

Print a window sticker with a QR code: scan it and you immediately have the complete file of the vehicle or part. With key management, a virtual key safe, you always know where a key is. And the status indicator shows per vehicle whether it is ready for sale or whether data is still missing.
